Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within approximately 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for transit, depending on your location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to provide updates.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially in remote areas or during holiday seasons.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Please note that international shipping fees vary based on the destination and shipping method. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours after shipment. You can track your order directly via the provided link in the email or through our website’s tracking tool.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Rug & Kilim Gallery is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will work with the carrier to file a damage claim and replace the item if necessary.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rug & Kilim Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or other members of your household. If it remains missing, contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds
