Refunds/Exchanges for International Customers
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges from any of our international customers. Please note that all international sales are final.
Refunds/Exchanges for Local Customers (Pakistan Only)
We allow our local customers based in Pakistan to exchange items they have purchased within 2 weeks of the purchase date, provided that the items are returned in their original condition. By using this website and its policies, including the Exchange Policy stated here, you agree that Rug & Kilim Gallery holds the sole and exclusive right to determine if the returned item is in its original condition.
Please note that items may only be exchanged for items of equal value.
If you wish to exchange an item for one of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference in value, as specified by Rug & Kilim Gallery.

Examination of Returned Items
Once we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Exchanges and replacements do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid and insured by the customer. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. Rug & Kilim Gallery does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
